We do not buy counterfeit products, regular clothing, books and comics, firearms and guns, DVDs and CDs, or faulty products. Send us a message to confirm if we accept your type of item.
We use a combination of current market demand, item condition, and historical resale data. When you send us your item details, we will assess the value and make a fair offer promptly.
We accept items ranging from “New” to “Heavily Used,” as long as they are fully functional. We do not buy heavily stained or broken items. For electronics, they must power on.
No. We provide completely free shipping. Once you accept our valuation quote, you can print a prepaid shipping label from your account or request a free home collection if you are located within our pickup radius.
You can choose to be paid via Bank Transfer or PayPal. We process your payment as soon as items arrive at our office and successfully pass our quality assurance inspection.
No, you can sell as many items as you like. We do, however, have a maximum box weight.
Your data privacy is our top priority. Once we receive your device, our technicians perform a certified, permanent wipe of all memory. We recommend performing a factory reset and removing all personal accounts before sending it to us.
Yes. All data transmitted through our site is encrypted using secure SSL protocols. We only collect the information necessary to process your valuation and issue your payout, strictly complying with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
If an item fails inspection, for example if it is counterfeit or heavily damaged beyond the declared condition, we will notify you by email. You can choose to have the rejected item returned to you for a small postage fee, or we can responsibly recycle or donate it on your behalf.
Once you drop your parcel off or it is collected, the sale is final.
